Sikhs have achieved amazing things in Australia, and it’s about time we recognise them – not only to inspire our community to be the best that we can be but to ensure the broader Australian community recognises our unique contribution to society.

The Australian Sikh Awards for Excellence is a new initiative aimed at recognising and celebrating the contributions of individuals of the Sikh faith towards the broader Australian community. Awards will recognise excellence across eight key domains:

• Arts, Culture and Music
• Community Service
• Leadership
• Sports
• Women
• Young People
• Professionals
