Leadership Camp - MELBOURNE

 

3rd Leadership Development Program: Authentic Personal Leadership

The program will be held on the 12th-14th September 2014 at Camp Manyung - 35 Sunnyside Rd, Mt Eliza 

 

For the very first time the camp will run over three consecutive days and nights. Attendees will be staying overnight for the three day camp. 

 

The program will be facilitated by the well renowned Dr. Sarjit Sidhu, the Managing Director/ Principal Consultant of Quantum Achievers Academy (Malaysia). He is a dynamic and interactive trainer & speaker, having conducted courses all over Asia in the corporate sphere.             

The Authentic Personal Leadership program is based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. It is also an extension of the Taking Charge series of programs first conducted by SYA in 2011.The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, approach leadership as a measurable, learnable, and teachable set of behaviors.The 5 pratices can be integrated with the 5 Precepts of Sikhi – Kirat Karni, Naam Japna, Wand Kay Shakna, Sewa & Simran.

 

This program is exclusively for young Sikh Adults (Strictly 18 or over).
